Current innovative projects of KazIndustrial Engineering Co. LLP.

Technology of "Complex processing of ores and industrial waste in a vortex air-mineral flow "V-AIR.TECH".

At the moment we are commercializing the technology of the innovative project "Complex processing of ores and industrial waste in a vortex air-mineral flow "V-AIR.TECH" on the basis of a joint activity agreement without forming a legal entity in accordance with Article 228 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The joint activity agreement of a simple partnership intends to create the "Center - Dry Complex Enrichment" (hereinafter - the Center - DCE), ensuring cooperation between science and industry through the commercialization of technology. The Center is planned to be created on the basis of the engineering company TOO "KazIndustrial Engineering Co." on the territory of the SEZ PIT of the city of Almaty. The management of the institution of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, taking into account the current military situation in the republic, gave written permission to its employees, the authors of the technology, for direct participation in the consortium. To organize the Center of the DCE for the technology of complex processing of ores and industrial waste in a vortex air-mineral flow "V-AIR.TECH", a pilot plant with a capacity of 1 ton per hour is needed, which will bring the technology to the level of TRL- 6 and 7.
The participants of the simple partnership are citizens of Ukraine, scientists from the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences. Developers of the V-AIR.TECH Technology.
The V-AIR.TECH Technology has gone through the R&D stage for twenty years of study. At the moment, a ready-made innovative project for commercialization and scaling in the mining industry and processing of man-made waste.
The participants of the simple partnership have the right to claim the technologies created by the Center, use the infrastructure of the Center and other results of the center's activities on the conditions stipulated in the agreement on joint activities in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on "commercialization of the results of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities" dated October 31, 2015, No. 381 - V ZRK.
The main goal of the "Center for DCE" is to model and improve production processes of V-AIR.TECH technology on a laboratory scale, model and conduct test tests of samples and chemical analyzes of raw materials and output products. Based on the results of test tests, develop recommendations for enrichment for specific deposits and man-made waste.
Dry Complex Enrichment Strategy.
There is a problem of recycling waste from mining and metallurgical and mining and processing enterprises producing non-ferrous, rare and noble metals. Currently, one valuable component is often extracted from complex ores, the rest go with waste rock to dumps. This situation is usually due to the fact that enterprises use outdated enrichment technologies, with the help of which it is impossible to comprehensively enrich many ores and fully extraction of valuable components from them.
In the process of exploitation of waste from mining and metallurgical and ore dressing enterprises in Kazakhstan, according to the application https://egov.kz/cms/ru/articles/ecology/waste_reduction_recycling_and_reuse
Due to non-modern technology, about 31.6 billion tons of industrial waste have accumulated in our country. About 1 billion tons are generated annually. These are mainly man-made mineral formations (hereinafter referred to as TMF), including overburden and ash (70% of the total volume), waste from the manufacturing industry (10% of the total volume), and other activities (20%).
According to experts, further distribution of waste can lead to negative environmental consequences. The social consequences of the closure of processing plants and factories are also predictable; enterprises cannot be closed.
Despite the importance of solving environmental problems, the development of tailings dumps in a market economy should be primarily profitable.
This is possible only with the use of waste-free technology of their enrichment with a high degree of extraction of valuable products and the use of waste rock for the production of marketable products.
Repeated flotation enrichment of tailings on the existing equipment of beneficiation plants is economically impractical, since the degree of extraction of concentrates will be low, and the amount of newly generated waste will be more than 50%, i.e. more than 15.8 billion tons. The main idea of the strategy for processing ores and waste should be 100% utilization of tailings, bringing 100% profit!
Its implementation is currently feasible using dry complex enrichment technology on equipment manufactured by Kazakhstani enterprises.
From the point of view of economic efficiency, dry complex enrichment of natural ores and man-made waste (tailings) has the following advantages:
1. Reduction (by 50% or more) in the cost of waste processing due to the refusal to use water and flotation reagents;
2. Obtaining all separation products dry (industrial products and secondary tailings), which have more higher commercial value than wet ones (eg: concentrates
